Gilmore Girls Coffee Crawl — Official Rules

Event Dates: October 1–31, 2026

The Gilmore Girls Coffee Crawl is a month-long celebration of Nashville's local coffee community, created by Prickly Pear Coffee Co. in partnership with Nashville's local coffee shops.

Eligibility

• Open to all participants.

• No registration required.

• No purchase is necessary to participate, though individual coffee shops may require a purchase in order to issue a stamp.

• One official Bingo card per participant.

• Participants may only win one prize package.

How to Participate

1. Pick up an official Coffee Crawl Bingo card at any Prickly Pear Coffee Co. location.

2. Visit participating coffee shops throughout October.

3. Complete the Gilmore Girls-inspired challenges on your Bingo card.

4. Ask a barista to verify each completed challenge with that coffee shop's official Coffee Crawl stamp.

Stamp Rules

• Every participating coffee shop has its own unique stamp.

• Any challenge may be completed at any participating coffee shop.

• One stamp per completed challenge.

• A participating coffee shop may stamp a maximum of two (2) Bingo squares per participant.

• Only official Coffee Crawl stamps will be accepted.

Prize Eligibility

Character Prize Drawings: Complete all five squares in any character column to earn one entry into that character's prize drawing. Character prize categories include:

• Lorelai

• Rory

• Luke

• Sookie

• Stars Hollow

Participants who complete multiple character columns will receive one entry into each applicable drawing but may only win one prize overall.

Grand Prize Drawing: Participants who complete every square on the Bingo card (Blackout) will receive:

• One entry into the Grand Prize drawing

• One entry into each of the five character prize drawings

Card Submission

• Completed Bingo cards must be returned by October 31, 2026 to any Prickly Pear Coffee Co. location.

• Late submissions will not be eligible for prize drawings.

• Please include your name and phone number on your card — incomplete contact information may result in prize forfeiture.

Winner Selection

Six winners will be selected:

• Lorelai Prize

• Rory Prize

• Luke Prize

• Sookie Prize

• Stars Hollow Prize

• Grand Prize (Blackout)

Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and announced in early November. Winners will be contacted using the information provided on their Bingo card.

General Rules

• Only original, official Bingo cards will be accepted.

• Stamps may not be transferred between participants.

• Forged, altered, or duplicated stamps will result in disqualification.

• Prize packages are not redeemable for cash and are non-transferable.

• Prickly Pear Coffee Co. reserves the right to modify participating locations, prizes, or event details if necessary.

• By participating, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and all decisions made by Prickly Pear Coffee Co., which are final.

• Do I have to complete the challenges in order?
  Nope! Complete the squares in any order you like — hop around the board as you visit different shops.

• Can I complete any challenge at any participating shop?
  Yes! Every challenge can be completed at any participating café, so feel free to crawl in whatever order fits your route.

• Can I use multiple cards?
  No — one official Bingo card per participant. Extra cards won't count toward additional entries.

• Can someone else finish my card for me?
  No, each card should reflect one participant's own visits and stamps.

• Do stamps expire?
  No! Once a square is stamped, it's locked in for the rest of the event — no need to worry about a deadline square by square.

• Can I turn in my card early?
  Yes! You don't have to wait until October 31 — turn it in as soon as it's complete (or as complete as you'd like it to be).

• What if I lose my card?
  Unfortunately, cards can't be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged, so hang on to it throughout the month!

• Do I have to complete a whole column to win anything?
  Yes — you need all five squares in a character column filled to be entered into that character's prize drawing. Partial columns unfortunately won't count toward a drawing.

• Can I get more than two stamps at the same shop if I complete more than two challenges there?
  No — each participating shop can stamp a max of two squares per participant, even if you complete more challenges there. We'd love for you to spread the love (and your coffee runs!) across multiple shops.

• When and how will winners be notified?
  Winners will be selected in early November and contacted using the name and phone number provided on their card, so make sure that info is filled in!

• What if I complete Blackout AND a character column separately?
  If you complete the full board (Blackout), you're automatically entered into all five character drawings plus the Grand Prize drawing — so there's no need to complete a column separately for extra entries. Completing Blackout already gets you the maximum possible entries!
